SHELVES OF HOPE FOOD PANTRY
Shelves of Hope Pantry is a ministry of St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church in Port Tobacco and St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church in Hilltop in partnership with the Southern Maryland Food Bank, Archbishop Neale Catholic School in LaPlata, and the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts chartered through St. Catherine. The pantry is hosted at St. Catherine Church Hall located at 7636 Port Tobacco Road and is open the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 9:30am-11:00am. A GRATEFUL PLATE
In partnership with Catholic Charities, our community prepares and serves meals to those who are in need of a hot healthy meal. Volunteers help to procure, prepare, cook, and serve the meals. All of this is done on the last Wednesday of the month, with the meals being served at the St. Catherine Hall from 5:00pm 6:00pm.
